Shipping

We do our best to fulfill every purchase promptly, but please allow 4-5 business days to fulfill. 

Unless otherwise noted, all prints are shipped rolled in thick walled, 5" diameter tubes. Each print is faced with glassine, rolled (not too tightly, but smaller than tube's diameter), fastened to prevent it from unrolling in the tube and placed inside the tube. Additional packing may be added, depending on the size of the print. These additional precautions and materials are covered in the flat-rate shipping charges. 

Please note: If an order has been stuck in a pending status for 1-5 days it is likely that the carrier has not updated the tracking information with a recent scan. This sometimes happens and should not raise any concerns. Just be patient and it should eventually update.

*IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE*

Due to shipping delays with our last release, we will be adding FedEx as an additional shipping option. Currently we are testing this out with our new release and will implement this for all prints depending on how it goes. We are asking all customers to please be patient and give additional time for your order to arrive.
